Plasma Contour Bevel Station

• Positive bevel angle of 45 degrees; negative bevel angle of 40 degrees
• Mild Steel: 1-1/4 max production pierce,2" max edge start
• Stainless Steel: 1" max production pierce,1-1/2" max edge start

Sawing

• Flat cutting range up to 21" high x 42" wide
• Round cutting range of 1/4" to 20"

Shearing

• Cutting range of 26ga to 1/2" mild steel, 1/4" stainless, and 1/2" aluminum
• 12 feet long maximum

Anglemaster & Ironworker

• Punch round, square,& slotted holes from 1/4"to 1-9/16"
• Minimum angle size of 1-1/2"x1-1/2"x1/4"
• Maximum angle size of 8"x8"x1"
• Minimum flat size of 1/4"x3" to maximum of 1"x12"
• Punching only on 4" and 5" channel
• Cutting range up to 40 feet
• 143 ton punch capacity, 215ton shear with zero kerf

Miter Cutting

• Cutting range 90 degrees round : 18"
• Cutting range 90degree flat: 18" wide by 23" high
• Cutting range negative 60 degree round : 11"

Haas Machine

• 7' X 12' CAPACITY: 6000 LB max / up to 3-1/2" thick
• Coolant for heat dispersion
• Drilling, standard & metric sizes
• Tapping fine or coarse thread, Chamfered edges
