Descriptions

Structural – shapes include angles, channels, and flats
Tube – shapes include round, square, or rectangular tubes.
Flat Roll – sheet/plate from 24ga to 1" thickness

Steel – mostly A-36 (mild steel)
Aluminum – grades 3003, 5052, 6061
Stainless – 304, 316
Brass – CDA 360
Novelties – CAD Parts, Artwork, and knick knacks
Ultimate deals – aged inventory we want to move fast.

Definitions

Prime – 1st class steel
Surplus – aged inventory
Secondary – material is out of tolerances

Surplus Conditions

• Butt weld – joint where new extrusions was started
  
• Warehouse rust – minor rust
  
• Orange rust – heavy rust
  
• Pitted rust– steel is pitted
